    The Grayhawk HOA Board of Directors meets once a month.
    Here are the details about the April 2019 Board meeting:
     
    Date & Time - Monday April 8th, 2019 @ 7:00 pm
    Location - Boals Elementary School Cafeteria
    Homeowners are welcome to attend Board meetings.

    Please note the following:
    This is a business meeting of the Board of Directors. If you have a topic of discussion
    you want to bring to the Board’s attention in person, please contact the
    Community Manager, Betty Crudden, at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting.

  5. DELAYED ASSESSMENT NOTICES!

    Event Starts: December 12, 2018

    Due to an unavoidable delay in getting homeowner statements mailed,
    the deadline for submission of the Jan 2019 homeowner assessments is 
    extended to January 31st, 2019.

    Please contact SBB with any questions regarding your
    homeowner account.

  6. Grayhawk Executive BOD Meeting Notice

    Event Starts: November 26, 2018



    The association is required by state law to notify homeowners of upcoming Board meetings, including those that are not open to the members.  
    The Board of Directors will meet in a Closed Executive Session on 
    Monday, November 26 at 11:00 a.m. at 12258 Grayhawk.  
    The session will be vendor contract negotiations and homeowners will not be included in this meeting.  
    The Board will report afterward, via Meeting Minutes, any votes that take place.
