January 1st and July 1st each year.

Homeowner Accounts

To access your homeowner account you need to be registered and log in to SBB Management Company's secure web portal, SBBGO.                                                                               
From your SBB homeowner account you can submit requests to the management team and view:
HOA account information 
Payment activity
Information about your property violations 
Governing documents and more

To register for an account:

You will need your SBB account number (found on your assessment statement).
