Grayhawk Pool Opening and Access
The Grayhawk pools will open on Saturday, May 1st. Access to the pools requires an activated pool access card or an activated mobile phone as well as a signed COVID waiver form. Only owners who are current on their account will be granted access to the pools. Children under the age of 16 are not allowed to have their phone activated, as they may not be in the pool area unaccompanied by an adult.
Access via your mobile phone is recommended because you always have your phone with you, so you don’t have to worry about having an access card available. No unauthorized person is likely to use your phone for pool access.
Activating your phone is most easily done onsite at the pool. A Board member has volunteered to meet owners at one of the pools in four different sessions to accomplish the activations. The sessions are:
Saturday, April 17 North pool 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Sunday, April 18 South pool 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Wednesday, April 21 North pool 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Sunday, April 25 South pool 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Here’s what to do:
1. Call SBB Management Company to secure an appointment: Gwen Burns, 972 960 2800 x 319. If your account is delinquent, you will not be given an appointment or allowed access to the pools.
2. If you have not already done so,provide a signed COVID waiver form. [Click here for the form] Only homeowners who have provided a signed COVID form will be allowed access to the pools.
3. Attend your appointment at the designated pool. You must be on time, as the appointments are very short in duration. If you miss your appointment you will need to re-schedule for another date/time.
4. You will need to have the “isonas pure mobile” app downloaded on your phone. You will need to have Bluetooth active on your phone for the activation process.

6. Although it is more efficient to accomplish the activation with the Board member onside, if you cannot attend one of the appointment times your phone can be activated remotely by SBB. You will still need to make an appointment, as you will have to be at the pool gate at the same time the SBB representative is on the system to do the activation.
